Construction Laborer Certificate of Completion
The program trainee has completed all modules, simulations, assessments and knowledge checks included in the Construction Laborer Pre-Employment Program. Over the course of 20 hours, the trainee has gained competencies by successfully passing assessments for the following areas as recognized by their micro-credentials:
Workplace Safety
Hand Tools
Power Tools
Additionally, the trainee has completed modules on identifying the role of a construction laborer, identifying key parts of a well-prepared construction laborer, and identifying important interview techniques for a construction laborer role.

Earning Criteria
Required
Trainee has completed hybrid content from the elearning platform and virtual hands on training simulations that cover the 5 following program objectives:
1. Identify the role of a construction laborer
2.Identify workplace safety measures used on a construction site
3. Identify common tools that are used in the construction industry
4. Identify key parts of a well-prepared construction laborer
5. Identify important interview techniques for a construction laborer role
Trainee has showed competency by correctly identifying and understanding basic workplace safety practices as well as identifying and using both hand tools and power tools for the Construction Laborer trade. They have completed and passed all 3 assessments at a rate of 80% or higher.
